Camper Travel Information & Forms
We look forward to welcoming your out-of-state or out-of-the-country camper this summer! Please follow our steps below to ensure that we have the correct travel and contact information. Questions? Email Grace Campbell at grace@genevaglen.org.
Step 1: Please read our Transportation Letter to Out-of-State Campers
Step 2: Sign up for your camper's airport runs
(only if camp will be providing transportation for your camper for Check-in and/or Check-out)

- Please read our Transportation Safety Procedures
Step 3: Complete the Camper Travel Form below (ALL Out-of-state Campers)
Upon completion, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming that Geneva Glen has received your camper travel information.
If your travel plans change please re-submit this form.
If we are picking up your camper from the airport, a GG staff member will call you to confirm all travel details the week before the session your child is attending.
